You learned which emotions were "good" and which were "bad" based on how others responded to you.

Those definitions were inherited.

When you release what you were taught and redefine what your emotions mean for you, something shifts. You reconnect with yourself.

And when you are connected to yourself, you are present.

From that place, trust returns.
Safety returns.
Clarity returns.

I’m Mike Gonzalez, Embodiment Coach and the founder of Path of Remembrance.

Before coaching, I spent years in high pressure environments where performance mattered. As a Professional MMA Fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt, I learned how to stay composed under pressure. More importantly, I learned what happens when the nervous system doesn't feel safe.

Like many people in high pressure environments, I relied on control.
Overthinking. Staying alert. Grinding. Pushing through.
It worked...until it created tension that never turned off.

What changed everything wasn't trying harder. It was learning how to regulate my nervous system and change what my emotions meant to me.​

That shift restored clarity.
It restored stability.
It restored self-trust.

I enjoy working with leaders because they are used to carrying weight, yet willing to look inward. They rarely have a space where they can put it down. They don't need coddling. Across six months, we slow everything down and trace your patterns back to the body. Through sensation-based work, pressure softens, overthinking quiets, and self-judgement fades. You begin to hear yourself clearly, trust yourself deeply, and move through life without fighting the signals of your own nervous system.

This is where clarity returns, resistance drops,
and life begins to feel steady instead of uphill.
