Imagine
What's Possible

Your Life Follows Your Imagination

Develop the Practice of Presence

Restore Safety Within Your Body

See Beyond Your Circumstances

Somewhere along the way, you were taught that imagination is something you outgrow. That it's childish. That it's not practical. So you stopped using it.

Without your imagination, you stopped creating your life.

You started reacting to it instead.

Your nervous system got stuck in protection mode. Your body learned to brace. Your mind learned to predict what could go wrong instead of envision what could go right.

The patterns that loop. The fear that shows up. The feeling that you're not enough. Those aren't problems to fix. They're signs that your imagination has been hijacked. It's working overtime imagining everything that could fail instead of everything that's possible.

But imagination doesn't go away.

It just gets pointed in the wrong direction.

When you reconnect with yourself. When your nervous system feels safe again. When you stop fighting what's there and start imagining what could be.

Something shifts.

You remember that you're not broken.

You're just imagining from a scared place.

The moment you redirect that same creative power toward what you actually want, everything changes.

Your life follows your imagination.

Always has.

The question is, what are you imagining?

The Remembrance of Imagination

Remembering Your Creative Power

Most people know something needs to change. They've done the work. They've read the books. They've had the breakthroughs. But Life still feels like it's happening to them rather than being created by them.

That's because understanding alone doesn't change anything. Neither does knowing. Real transformation happens when what you know moves through your body and becomes who you are. When imagination stops working against you and starts working for you.

This is the journey. Four stages. Each one bringing you closer to the same destination.

Living what you imagine.

Stage 1
Understanding

You become open to the possibility that you've been creating your reality. You see that fear has been driving your imagination. But the fear still feels more real than the possibility. You're open, but still holding the pattern, unconsciously reacting.

Stage 2
Knowing

You've had enough experiences to recognize there's another way. You start to see that you have control over your perspective through your imagination. You're aware of your creative ability now. But when echoes of the past show up, the illusion still feels real and it's scary to let go. You know what's possible. You just haven't fully claimed it yet.

Stage 3
Embodiment

Now you feel the truth. You own your creative ability completely. You recognize that you've been creating everything, even the fear, even the patterns. And you can feel the differences between creating from fear and creating toward what you want. It's not belief anymore. It's lived experience in your body.

Stage 4
Expression

You live from that truth as your natural way of being. You are the creator through your imagination, always. Your sense of safety is no longer dependent on anything outside of you. You've developed the ability to sustain that safety within yourself. This is complete internal sovereignty. Nothing external shakes you because you know you're the creator. If something were to happen that you don't prefer, instead of reacting, you remember that you're not a victim of circumstance. You're the one who imagined it into being. From that place, you consciously create the life you actually want.

Most people spend their lives reacting to what they've already imagined. The shift happens when you remember that you're the one imagining. From that moment, you stop catching up to your life and start creating it.

I had the opportunity to work with Mike, and it was one of the best investments I have made for myself.

Mike helped me believe that I could make weight for my Jiu-Jitsu competition as well as calm my nerves. The tools that he taught me helped me not only in Jiu Jitsu, but in my personal life as well.  I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

MIKE GONZALEZ

Profile 4_edited.png

I’m Mike Gonzalez, Embodiment Coach and founder of Path of Remembrance.

Before coaching I was a Professional MMA Fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. And what I know now is that everything I achieved in that world came down to one thing. Imagination.

I closed skill gaps through mental rehearsal. I healed from injuries faster than expected by training in my imagination when my body couldn't. I learned to feel the flow state before a fight began by living it first in my mind.

I was embodying my imagination before I ever had words for it.

What I do now is guide others back to that same ability. Because it was never just mine.

It's yours too. You just forgot.

The commitment, the drive, the willingness to go all in, that's already in you. I just help you redirect it toward what you actually want to create.

I USED TO THINK
VICTORY MEANT DEFEATING
THE OPPONENT
IN FRONT OF ME.

BUT THE REAL VICTORY
WAS ALWAYS THIS.

Seeing your vision come to fruition.
Living the life you once only wished for. No longer at the mercy of others, outer circumstances, or beliefs that were never yours to begin with.

You stop trying to become what everyone else says you should be. And you start living what you actually imagined for yourself.

That's not a pipe dream. That's what's possible when you remember you're the creator.

Remembering who you are and living what you imagine isn't something that happens overnight. It happens through consistent, intentional work with someone who has lived it themselves.

This is how we do it together.

THE PRACTICE
_edited.jpg

You don't develop presence by learning about it. You develop it by showing up and training it. Repeatedly, in real time, alongside others doing the same.

Momentum is a live weekly group coaching container where you build the skills that make everything else possible. Presence. Nervous system regulation. Sustainable self trust. Using your imagination to create rather than react.

Not a course.

Not a mastermind.

A practice.

Every Saturday. 90 minutes. Everyone engaged.

FROM IMAGINATION TO ACTION
_edited.jpg

You've been doing the work.

You understand yourself.

But the understanding isn't creating yet.

This is where imagination moves from concept to lived reality.

Over six months, we slow everything down and bring your awareness back into your body. Because imagination doesn't live in your head. It lives in your nervous system. It moves through your body before it ever shows up in your life.

Through sensation-based work, you stop overriding what you feel and start trusting what's there. You learn to feel the difference between imagining from fear and imagining toward what you want.

And something shifts.

Not because you fixed yourself.

Because you remembered that you're the one creating it.

You begin moving through life consciously imagining what comes next instead of reacting to what's already happened.

EXPANSION background.png
FROM CREATION TO BEING

Expansion is for people who don't want moments of clarity. Who are done with glimpses of freedom and ready for it to be their baseline.

With more time comes deeper integration.

Imagination doesn't just become a tool you use. It becomes how you naturally think. How you naturally move. How you naturally create.

What once felt like patterns now dissolves into clarity. Safety that returned now stabilizes so deeply that nothing external can shake it. Your nervous system learns that you're always the one in control because you're always the one creating.

Coming back to yourself doesn't require effort anymore.

It's just what you do.

This is where the work becomes your life. Where imagination becomes who you are. Where living what you imagine stops being something you're learning and becomes something you just do.

There are deeper levels of work available upon request for clients whose lives require full-spectrum integration support.

LET'S
TALK

A space to slow down

and reconnect with yourself.

We'll explore what you're actually imagining for your life, what's been getting in the way of creating it, and what you actually want to feel like when you're living it.

No fixing.

No forcing.

No pretending you're "fine."

Just two humans, creating enough space for you to hear yourself clearly again.

You'll walk away with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of what's shaping your experience, and a stronger sense of how you want to move forward.

Whether we work together or not, this conversation is an opportunity to listen to what's already asking for your attention.

Why The Dragonfly?

I was in New Jersey, early in my journey. I had been doing the inner work, feeling shifts, but I wasn't sure if anything was really changing. I ask for confirmation.

Then a dragonfly flew up to my windshield and just hovered there. Staring at me.

I had grown up in the Bronx, gone to Penn State, lived in Jersey. I had never seen a dragonfly before. I thought it was cool and kept moving.

Then at training, dragonflies everywhere. Then wherever I went after that, dragonflies. It got to the point where I couldn't ignore it.

So I looked it up. And what I found stopped me.

Everyone talks about the butterfly when it comes to transformation. Nobody talks about the dragonfly. But the dragonfly's journey is different. It doesn't transform once. It transforms up to 15 times. It spends years in that process, evolving beneath the surface before it ever emerges. And when it does, it becomes something that doesn't compare to anything else in existence. It moves in ways nothing else can.

That was confirmation for me. My journey felt long. It felt like others were moving faster. But the dragonfly reminded me that some transformations just take longer. And what comes out on the other side is unlike anything else.

That's why it's my logo. And that's the journey I guide people through.

Yours may feel long. It may feel like nothing is happening. But beneath the surface, something is always evolving.

The dragonfly is the only creature in existence that can move in every direction. Forward, backward, upward, downward. Nothing else moves like it. That's not just a cool fact. That's what real freedom looks like. The ability to move through life without being limited by any one direction.

That's what resilience actually builds. Not the ability to push through. The ability to move freely through anything.

You are not behind. You are becoming.
