Embodiment Coaching for Real Change
People don't struggle because they lack intelligence or capability, they struggle because they've been taught to override their bodies and live in their heads.

Your feelings are not problems to fix.
They are signals of your state of presence.

When you label an emotion as "bad", you resist it.
Resistance creates tension.
Tension creates the loop.

Over time, that tension teaches your nervous system that it isn't safe to relax.
When the body doesn't feel safe, it shifts into survival mode.

In survival mode you overthink.
You control.
You brace.
You disconnect from what you feel.

But there's another layer most people miss.
Not everything you feel is yours.

Sometimes what you're carrying is the shame, guilt, or pain someone else hasn't processed. And when you try to save them from their pain, you abandon yourself in the process. Not because you don't care about yourself, but because you believe love is expressed through sacrifice.

Over time, this changes how you relate to what you feel.
The problem isn't what you feel. It's how you've learned to relate to it.
You learned which emotions were "good" and which were "bad" based on how others responded to you.

Those definitions were inherited.

When you release what you were taught and stop carrying what isn't yours,
you free yourself from the past.
You reconnect with yourself and become present in your own life again.

From that place, trust returns.
Safety returns.
Clarity returns.

The loop ends because you are no longer trying to fix yourself
or save others from their pain

You remember who you are.

The Remembrance Framework
Most personal growth focuses on understanding, but lasting change happens when what you know becomes embodied.
The Path of Remembrance guides you through three stages of transformation:

Understanding → Knowing → Embodiment

A lot of people get stuck in knowing.
Embodiment is where real change happens.
Stage 1
Understanding
This is where things start to make sense.

You intellectually learn concepts of self-awareness, boundaries, emotional healing, self-love, self-trust, etc.

You understand the concepts.
You can see why things have been happening the way they have.

There's clarity.
There's insight.
There's even excitement for change.

But your life doesn't necessarily change.
Because there's still separation.
You believe the version of you that has what you want, exists somewhere in the future.

So change becomes something you're moving towards, instead of something you can live now.
Stage 2
Knowing
Something deeper resonates.

You recognize the truth in what you're learning.
You've had enough experiences to feel the truth of it.

But it still doesn't stick.

You know what to do, yet old patterns continue to show up.
Because the separation is still there.
Now it hides as doing.

You believe there are things you need to do to become that version of yourself.
More practices.
More routines.
More effort.

When in reality, you're still trying to get somewhere.
Trying to fix.
Trying to control.
Trying to save others from what they're feeling.

In the process taking on what isn't yours and leaving yourself behind.
Stage 3
Embodiment
This is where the shift happens.
Truth moves from the mind into the body.

There is no longer a gap between who you are and who you want to become. You recognize what is yours and what is not.

Your nervous system integrates what you know into lived experience.

You're no longer doing things for a result.
You don't show up for yourself in order to fix something.
You don't live your life trying to get somewhere.
You do what you do because it's how you live.

This is the moment you remember who you are.

You stop abandoning yourself and start living as who you truly are.
How The Shift Happens
Embodiment doesn't come from forcing change.
It comes through integration.

Through slowing down and actually allowing what you've experienced to actually land in your body.
How you think.
How you feel.
How you move through your day.

Instead of trying to fix yourself, you change your relationship with yourself.

This shift from knowing to embodiment is where real transformation happens.
It's the heart of the Path of Remembrance.

EMBODIMENT COACH
MIKE GONZALEZ

I’m Mike Gonzalez, Embodiment Coach and the founder of Path of Remembrance.

I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers because I understand the pressure they carry. The decisions. The responsibility. The constant expectation to perform and stay composed no matter what's happening internally.

Before coaching, I spent years in high pressure environments where performance mattered. As a Professional MMA Fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt, I learned how to stay composed under pressure, but more importantly, I learned what happens when you disconnect from yourself in order to perform.

Like many people in high pressure environments, I relied on control.
Overthinking. Staying alert. Grinding. Pushing through.
It worked...until it didn't.
It created this tension that never went away.
Because underneath it all, I was constantly abandoning myself.

What changed everything wasn't trying harder, it was learning how to reconnect with myself and stop leaving myself in the process. That shift restored clarity.
It restored stability. It restored self-trust.

I enjoy working with leaders because they are used to being the one others rely on, yet still willing to look inward. They rarely have a space where they can set that down and just be with themselves. They don't need coddling. They don't need saving. They need a space where they can stop performing, reconnect with themselves, and begin leading from who they actually are.

Path of Remembrance isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you come back to yourself and remember who you are.
I USED TO THINK
VICTORY MEANT DEFEATING
THE OPPONENT
IN FRONT OF ME.
BUT REAL VICTORY
COMES WHEN
YOU STOP FIGHTING
YOURSELF.
When you stop fighting yourself,
you stop abandoning yourself.
And everything begins to shift.
Your body softens.
Your mind clears.
You come back to yourself,
and presence returns.

EVOLUTION
EVOLUTION
EVOLUTION
FROM PATTERNS TO PRESENCE

You've done the work. You understand yourself. But there are still moments where something takes over, and in those moments you don't feel like yourself.

This isn't about more information.
It's about embodiment.

Over six months, we slow everything down and bring awareness back into the body. Because patterns don't live in your thoughts. They live in your nervous system.

Through sensation-based work, you stop trying to override what you feel and start learning how to stay with it. When you can stay with yourself, something shifts.
Not forcefully. Not all at once.
But in a way that actually lasts.

You begin to move through life without leaving yourself in the process.

FROM INTEGRATION TO UNSHAKEABLE
Six months creates real change. A year makes it who you are.

Expansion is for people who don't want to keep resetting. Who are done with fleeting moments of clarity and ready for something that holds.

With more time comes more depth. More integration. Patterns don't just loosen, they dissolve. Safety doesn't just return, it stabilizes. Presence doesn't come and go, it becomes your baseline.

You stop catching yourself after you've drifted. You just don't drift as far.
And coming back to yourself becomes second nature.

This is where the work becomes your life.
There are deeper levels of work available upon request for clients whose lives require full-spectrum integration support.
LET'S
TALK
A space to slow down
and reconnect with yourself.

This call isn't about pressure, convincing, or performing. It's about you, and what's actually happening beneath the surface.

We'll take the time to slow things down, feel what's real in your body, and get honest about where you are. What you're carrying and what you actually want your life to feel like.

No fixing.
No forcing.
No pretending you're "fine."

Just two humans, creating enough space for you to hear yourself clearly again.

You'll walk away with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of what's shaping your experience, and a stronger sense of how you want to move forward.
Whether we work together or not, this conversation is an opportunity to listen to what's already asking for your attention.

Why The Dragonfly?
Beneath the surface, the dragonfly’s journey is one of profound transformation. While a butterfly’s metamorphosis takes mere weeks, the dragonfly spends up to five years evolving beneath murky waters, molting up to 15 times before emerging into its true form.
The dragonfly is one of the rare creatures that can move effortlessly in all directions: forward, backward, upward, and downward. Symbolizing ultimate freedom and adaptability. This is why the dragonfly has always represented something deeper. Resilience, uniqueness, and transformation that isn't rushed. Just as the dragonfly becomes something unmatched in its ability to move and adapt, you too, are on a unique journey of transformation.
Your path may be longer and more intricate, but it leads to a form of self-realization unlike any other.
This is the journey I guide you through, helping you remember who you are and fully stepping into your true potential.
